Your probably sitting there wondering why the Black one costs so much, just like Club Penguin some items are rarer than others like the black rank will be because of it's cost.

People can't have there own personal rank pictures unless the buy there own rank at the forum shop or if there an admin. For this shop you need to buy your own personal rank in the forum shop to get 1 or these.
