I am not done I am kinda busy I shouldn't have started now.Some information maybe worng but I will fix it
I guess this could help.
Basic stuff
To post new thread

Spoiler:
	To post a new thread go to a forum of your choice and click new topic.

To open spoiler
To open a spoiler click on it.
To post a reply

Spoiler:
	To post a reply go to a thread of your choice and click reply.

To quote

Spoiler:
	To quote something go to any post you want to quote go in the lower right and click quote.

To make a word you type bold.

Spoiler:
	When you make a post,thread or edit your post highlight a word and click bold.

To change a color of a word.

Spoiler:

To report a post.

Spoiler:
	To report a post click on the upper right corner.

To edit a post.

Spoiler:
	To edit a post click edit on the upper right corner.You can only edit your own post if you are not a admin,or a mod.

To multi quote

Spoiler:
	Very simple just quote a post then copy the code and change the message and the user name if you don't know how to do that post here and I will tell you and then add it here.

To redrict a picture.
Put the image code of your pic then highlight and then use the link code.

Adding catagories and forums
To add a catagory
Admin pannel>Forum>magement>catagories and forums>click add a link on the very top bar with your forum name
To add a forum
Admin pannel>Forum>magement>catagories and forums>click add a link on the catagory you wish to put the forum.
Graphic's of the fourm
To change the pictures
Admin pannel>Styles>pictures and colors>modify the pictures>click on what you want to change put in the link.
To put phpbb3 skins or phpbb2
Admin pannel>Styles>Chose your style>change verison >pick phpbb2 or 3>then go back to pick a theme
Avatars
Admin pannel>styles>avatar gallery>enable
(add more over time I am just busy around now)

Thank you for that,but I am not done.I am going to be honest I didn't know you can redrict pictures on forumotion but last time I tryed that was a while back I guess they added that.I will be sure to give you credit.
